This video was created as part of the work for the art class of technical images. It was named lock down as it takes place during the second quarantine and shows two parallel lives of people and how each of them experiences their confinement. The idea, the shots and the editing are by Markella Floka and the music was entirely edited by Dimitris Pantelis.

The portrait of Dimitra Samara, a talented dress designer, who decided to pursue her dream only a few years ago. A great misfortune in her life brought her closer to her dreams. The only way to overcome her shock was to escape through her passion. So, through a voice-over narration and the creation of a dress, from scratch to its final form, we follow a parallel evolution: That of the red dress and of her own self.

A short observational documentary that depicts Bella's life, a stray dog that lives in the old town of Corfu, through the filming of a random day.

This documentary follows a young man who collects “useless” objects, like electronic devices that people throw away. To him, a broken hoover or a rusty stove is an opportunity to explore its “inner micro-world”, which is comprised of complex circuits, motors and other electronic systems. It is also a chance to alter those devices and give them a new life.

The documentary presents an important incident that happened in Poland in October 2020: The government announced the almost universal ban on abortions, and daily protests followed until the government freeze the law. Two women talk about their own involvement in demonstrations and express their feelings about government decisions.

As an observer, who neither intervenes nor interacts with the subject, this documentary attempts to present parts of the everyday life of a music therapy student, emphasizing her expressions and reactions while producing sounds and improvising.

This documentary is about my grandmother, Areti. I have her name. She is a very simple and sweet person. She always wants to take care of and feed us.

"Construction" is the documentation of the process of a rehearsal performed by contemporary dance and acrobatics company "Ki omWs kineitai" during the preparation of the group to participate in a theatrical play. It took place during the second lockdown in Athens in a climate of general uncertainty regarding the planning and performing of live performances. In "Construction" the return of the bodies to rehearsal conditions, the need for communication and reconnection and the memory of sharing with the spectators that still gives hope are recorded in a spontaneous and fragmentary way.

The documentary is a city-symphony focusing on the people of the city, their interrelations, their behavior, their habits, their relationship with the city and how all of the above were affected by the lockdown, the mandatory use of a mask, and the policing and surveillance.
