Associate Professor Dalila Honorato takes part in the COPRAXIS exhibition

Dalila Honorato, Associate Professor of the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University, was one of the participants in an exhibition by the COPRAXIS project. With the aim of promoting the creation of plastic arts, resulting from an experimental process at the intersection between art, science and technology, the project was based on the creation of works from a period of artistic residencies at i3s - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde, in Porto, together with scientific collaborators and at Ectopia - Laboratório de arte experimental, in Lisbon. The exhibition took place between the 5th and 25th of March at Ectopia (Lisbon) and continues now between the 1st and 22 April at i3S (Porto).

The Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University has been named a partner of the third FEMeeting – Women in Art, Science and Technology Conference. The conference will be taking place between 12 and 17 September 2022, in Évora, Portugal. FEMeeting was first organized in 2017, the original idea coming from artist Marta de Menezes and Dalila Honorato, Associate Professor of the aforementioned Department of Audio and Visual Arts. The conference will be held English. Abstracts can be submitted until 12 April 2022.
